What path led you to wealth management?
After studying Mathematics and Economics, I knew I wanted to be in the world of finance. I was looking for a career path that would allow me to use my passion for finance in a way that helped others. When I discovered TDC, it was clear that wealth management was the path that would allow me to do just that.
Why did you join TDC?
To join the mission of helping families be families, as well as work with what I believe to be some of the best and brightest in the industry.
What most excites you about your work?
Helping give our clients gain a little peace of mind regarding various aspects of their financial lives, so they can focus on what matters to them most.
What has been your most rewarding career experience?
My most rewarding career experience has been seeing the impact TDC has had on our clients. Helping each of our clients reach their own unique set of goals makes every day different and rewarding.
What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?
Graduating from Hillsdale College with a degree in both Economics and Mathematics.
Why do families need to be stronger, closer, and wiser?
Families are the foundation in which we as individuals have our values instilled in us. As a family becomes stronger, closer, and wiser, the better those values are passed down from generation to generation.
What do you like to do outside of work? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend?
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, as well as playing basketball or golf any chance I get. My ideal weekend is playing a couple rounds of golf with good friends. There is no game more challenging yet rewarding.
What are some of your biggest influences?
Like many people, my parents have been a big influence on me. Watching how they have lived has taught me the value of hard work and perseverance. Another person who has had a major influence on me is the Hillsdale College Men’s Basketball coach, John Tharp. His competitiveness and pursuit of perfection are important values that he instills in all of his athletes.
