Callie Trosin

Client Experience Coordinator

What path led you to wealth management?

My path to wealth management was not as clear as most. I attended school majoring in dietetics and later transitioned to business. My sister worked at TDC and there was an opening for a temp position on the operations team. If I knew nothing else about TDC, I knew this wasn’t an opportunity I could pass up.

Why did you join TDC?

I joined TDC initially as an opportunity for myself and my family. I have stayed at TDC to make an impact on our clients and the families we serve. To hear first-hand stories of how we have helped families, through good times and tough ones, has been very fulfilling.

What most excites you about your work?

Knowing that we are all here with the same goal in mind, to help families. I thrive in the fast-paced evolving work environment. TDC is made up of some of the best colleagues, some of which have become family.

What has been your most rewarding career experience?

For me, it is hearing client’s stories of how we have helped them in their lives and made a difference for their families.

What personal accomplishments are you most proud of?

I am most proud of my fiancé, Garrett, and our two children. They keep me grounded and are such a positive force in my life.

Why do families need to be stronger, closer, and wiser?

Family truly is the most important thing in this world. If we can prepare and educate families for their future and help provide them with security and peace of mind, that is all we can ask for.

What do you like to do outside of work? What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend?

I enjoy staying active and spending time with family. On the weekends we try to spend time outdoors as much as possible.

What are some of your biggest influences?

My family and friends. I feel very blessed to have such a close-knit, supportive family.
