Required | The “Must Have” List

  • Undergraduate Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management fee-based consulting, financial planning, portfolio management, and asset allocation

Preferred | The “Nice To Have” List

  • Current Series 65 License
  • Previous experience with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients

The Essentials

Hours of Operation:
8:30pm to 5:00pm (with a one-hour lunch break)
(If you do the Math, that’s a 37.5 hour work week!)1

Maumee, OH (Headquarters)2; New York, NY; Houston, TX; Winchester, VA; and St. Louis, MO; Scottsdale, AZ
2 28,000 sq. ft. addition Grand Opening scheduled for December, 2018

Base Salary:
Commensurate with Experience

Target Bonus Pool:
Pay-Out based upon your Colleague Development Plan

Are you a TDC Lead Adviser, who enjoys being the face of the Client Relationship, conducting meetings with and making recommendations to High Net Worth individuals, working with an experienced support staff to assess client needs and practice your fiduciary responsibilities, striving to keep the clients on track toward their personal goals?

Are you a TDC Relationship Manager, who enjoys working directly with High Net Worth clients, in true partnership with experienced Lead Advisers, by connecting with the client to assess their specific needs, coordinate financial services, manage all correspondence, and fully prepare Lead Advisers for client meetings?

Are you a TDC Support Adviser, who enjoys working directly with experienced Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisers to prepare meeting materials, formulate viable financial strategies, and respond to a broad range of client requests with the sole purpose of helping High Net Worth families become stronger, closer, and wiser about their financial future?

Are you a TDC Retirement Plan Adviser, who enjoys working closely with our experienced Retirement Plan team to provide exceptional service to plan sponsors and plan participants, preparing participant reviews, assisting with participant requests, plan platform management, and communication between retirement plans and service providers?

Are you a TDC Compliance Associate, who enjoys working directly with the Chief Compliance Officer and compliance consultants to ensure we are constantly improving our compliance, preventing fraud, monitoring risks, and informing policy as regulated by the SEC by helping to train and monitor the firm’s Supervised Persons (50+) and key Vendors, review materials, as well as propose preventive measure within the ever-changing compliance landscape?
