Our Account Service Associates operate in a client-focused environment utilizing strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The Account Service Associate support the Adviser Team in servicing the clients’ needs.


Responsibilities

 

  • Provides support to the Adviser Team by administering client data, opening, closing and servicing accounts on an on-going basis
  • Prepares Investment paperwork to on-board and service clients
  • Processes and tracks new accounts, transfers, money movements and other service-related items
  • Works in consultative capacity with Adviser Team to execute client financial plans
  • Works directly with custodians to monitor and track service requests and resolve issues that arise
  • Assists in communicating procedural/custodial changes to Operations and Adviser Teams
  • Assists team in system reconciliations and reporting to ensure the integrity of system data
  • Adhere to the firm’s compliance policies and procedures
